Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I won't be able to organise the 2023 Scouse 5k/3k this year. I can't apologies enough for the poor communication over the last few weeks. What is the Motorpoint Scouse 5k | 3k!?
Over 3000 curly headed smashers of all ages walk, jog or leg it around our 5k or 3k route. You get a choice of wig colour to wear, there's loads of bands around the course and a glittery medal at the end.

This year we're in Sefton Park with more bands than ever and the option of a 5k or 3k! We think there might well be a fair few curly headed smashers on Lark Lane after the event :)
Everybody gets a choice of wig colour to wear on the day. Colours include Pretty Pink, Kopite Red, Toffee Blue, Classic Black and Wheelie Bin Purple. Some colours are limited so please get yourself signed up if you would like a particular colour. Comedy moustaches and hilarious spectacles are encouraged.

Start times: The 5k and 3k both start at 11am
Wig pick up: Wigs are to be picked up on the morning of the event close to the start / finish area (Review Field, Sefton Park, L17 1AP)
Bib numbers: Will be posted out 2-3 weeks before the event
Baggag tent: opposite the start / finish line
