Liverpool Spring 10k

All abilities are very welcome to take part in the Liverpool Spring 10k. Every year we get lots of first timers - whether you plan to start towards the front and whizz around or stay back and take your time to enjoy the bands and scenery you're very welcome to take part!
You'll receive a sparkly medal shortly after you whizz (perhaps) across the finish line. Here's a few of our previous medals. As soon as we've got the 2023 sample we'll post it here!
The 10k, 5k and FREE Kids 1k / 2k / 3k will take place in Liverpool's magnificent Sefton Park! The 10k starts at 9:30am and the 5k straight after at 11:30am so if you're keen you can register for both of them :) The FREE Kids 1k, 2k and 3k all take place in the afternoon.
In 2023 there will be more bands than ever around the route including favourites Batala Mersey, Wirral Samba Band and InterCity Blues Band.
Our charity partner for the Spring 5k and 10k is The Whitechapel Centre which helps to house homeless people in the Liverpool region. If you'd like to sponsor The Whitechapel Centre and raise money for this vital charity please let us know when you register.
